Ashwagandha is a prized herb of India used for centuries in the practice of Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine. Our Ashwagandha extract is standardized to 30mg Withanolides per two capsules serving, which is important because Withanolides are one of the key plant nutrients in Ashwagandha. Standardization ensures that a strict process is followed to guarantee that every batch of product includes this specific level of important plant nutrients. Ashwagandha has been used since antiquity in Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine, and more recently many scientific studies have been carried out to confirm its benefits in both laboratory and human clinical trials. The amount of Ashwagandha extract provided in a daily serving of Nutrilite Organics Ashwagandha is in line with dosages demonstrating these benefits in human clinical trials and scientific literature.  

Can this product be taken with other dietary supplements?
