Doug: Well, the relationship between IBOs and the organization is absolutely paramount. You know, we are integrally involved with them and their business. We are not some disconnected, disinterested company that can survive without them. We need each other. We work together. Their success is our success.
Steve: And, with that recognition, I think you get a much closer tie with employees to IBOs because they recognize the future of the business is based on how well the IBOs do. The future of the business is based on how successful IBOs are. And so I think there's a much closer relationship with the sales side in all employees than there may be in other organizations.
Doug: And, when you have large groups of people each focused on helping another person, that's how you really know something special is going on.
